APPLICATION PROCESS
for a GXVE Affordable Home
1. Partner with Gxve and a Nonprofit
Begin your journey by partnering with Gxve Forever Homes and our nonprofit partners to get the support you need.
2. Submit a Money Order
Provide a $25 money order per family as part of the application fee.
3. Set a Consultation
Schedule a consultation to walk you through our easy step-by-step process.
4. Credit Analysis
We work with all prospective families, including those with significant derogatory credit, to provide a thorough credit analysis and guidance.
5. Tax Credit Requirement
As this is a tax credit product, all prospective homeowners must file accurate income taxes.
6. Letter of Explanation for Derogatory Credit
Submit a letter of explanation for any derogatory credit, using our guidelines for extenuating circumstances and manual underwriting.
